2nd European Planning Law Network Meeting
Environmental Impact Assessment in Urban Planning

The second meeting of PlanNet Europe - European Planning Law Network - took place in Berlin on 12th and 13th of September 2002. The focus of the second conference has been the implementation of the European directive concerning Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and the exchange on first experiences with SEA in urban planning practice.
